Hyunjin Chang is an attorney in Kim & Chang’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice and Trade Secret & Corporate Information Protection Practice. 

Before joining Kim & Chang, Ms. Chang served as a judge for 15 years including six years at the Patent Court and the IP Specialization Branch of the Seoul Central District Court. During her tenure as a judge, Ms. Chang made decisions on numerous IP cases including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret cases. Based on her extensive experience in the judiciary system, Ms. Chang regularly advises clients in handling IP enforcement and defense matters.
