Sang-Jin Oh is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in Banking, Securities, Insurance & Investment Management Disputes, Technology, Media & Telecommunications Disputes, Health Disputes, Product Liability & Consumer Claims, and Construction & Engineering Disputes Practices. 

Prior to joining Kim & Chang in 2019, Mr. Oh served in the Korean judiciary system for 18 years. During his tenure, he accumulated extensive experience in a wide range of civil, criminal, bankruptcy, administrative, and family-related cases. In particular, he developed expertise in appellate court cases by working at the Supreme Court of Korea for four years. He also worked as a fellow for one year at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. 

Mr. Oh gave a presentation on the Korean judiciary practice at the Judges’ Summit against Human Trafficking and Organized Crime hosted by the Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences, and also spoke on other various topics at international and domestic conferences and seminars. He authored and edited articles and publications in various fields including corporate law, civil law, family law, and international criminal law.
