Kyoung-ah Grace Nam is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. Ms. Nam’s main areas of expertise include ship financing, structured financing, project financing, cross-border acquisition financing, capital market and also financial investment services. 

Ms. Nam has advised various domestic and international clients in connection with a wide range of transactional matters in the area of ship financing, asset-backed securitizations (ABS), acquisition financing, equity and debt transactions and other structured finance transactions. Ms. Nam also has extensive experience in advising financial institutions with respect to regulatory and compliance matters.
