Throughout his career, Mr. Park has been actively involved in a wide range of cross-border transactions for multinational companies. He also represents private equity funds, corporate clients and both foreign and domestic financial institutions on various mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets matters and other related projects.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Samil PwC, Samjong KPMG and Lee & Ko as a tax specialist and has worked with major multinational companies in the areas of tax consulting & tax planning, foreign investment, tax disputes, advance ruling and financial service tax.
