Before joining Kim & Chang in 2018, Mr. Park served in the Korean judiciary for 15 years as a judge or a presiding judge. During his tenure as a judge, he accumulated extensive experience in a wide range of civil, criminal, and administrative litigation.

Mr. Park received an LL.M. from NYU School of Law in 2008, and his LL.B. from the Seoul National University College of Law in 1998. He attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2000. He is admitted to the New York bar and the Korea bar.
