Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Won was a member of the international tax services group at Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers and the international tax services group at Lee & Ko, where he advised major multinational companies on a broad range of tax matters, including tax audits, tax disputes, tax refund requests, and tax structuring for transactions and investments.

Mr. Won received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, and received his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. He is admitted to the New York and California bars.
