Jihye Hong is an attorney at Kim & Chang, who focuses her practice primarily in the areas of antitrust & competition, anti-corruption & corporate compliance, and mergers & acquisitions. She has extensive experience in advising multinational and domestic companies in the life sciences and healthcare industries (including pharmaceutical, medical device, food, cosmetics and animal health products).

Ms. Hong has advised major multinational clients in the life sciences, food and cosmetics sectors on a broad range of issues including regulatory compliance, anti-bribery, competition law, and merger & acquisition issues.
