Dianne Jung is an attorney at Kim & Chang. Ms. Jung primarily provides legal advice in areas of corporate law, such as fair trade and compliance management, pharmaceuticals/medical devices/food/cosmetics, and broadcasting and communications, as well as legal compliance, internal investigation, education and training in the fields of human resources and labor.

Ms. Jung, a lawyer who started her legal career at Kim & Chang, has represented multinational companies in their M&A merger filings and KFTC investigations. Also, Ms. Jung provides general advice on fair trade and corporate legal issues (permits/regulations, contracts, transaction structures, etc.) to Korean and overseas clients. Her major customers include pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, luxury, IT, and e-commerce platform companies in Korea and overseas, and in particular, she has extensive experience in consulting with overseas customers.

Ms. Jung is currently a member of the Discrimination & Harassment group and provides lectures on sexual harassment and workplace harassment prevention to her clients.
