Hyung Jin Kim, an attorney at Kim & Chang, practices primarily in the areas of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, foods, cosmetics, and corporate legal affairs such as fair trade.

Mr. Kim provides general advice to multicultural companies engaging in the healthcare (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices) and food industries on licenses/permits, laws related to each industry mentioned above, and the Fair Trade Act. In addition, Mr. Kim represents and advises clients on various issues in the fair trade sector, such as unfair support, business combination, collusion, and unfair trade practices.

Before joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Kim worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a pharmacist. Since joining Kim & Chang in 2017, he has been serving as a key member of the Digital Health group of Kim & Chang.
