She practices in a wide range of labor and human resources issues, including petition for relief cases filed with the Labor Relations Commission, accusation, complaint and petition cases filed with labor administrations, and corporate advisory matters. Her major clients include public enterprises, transportation business operators and broadcasting/communications companies. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lee spent more than ten years at labor law firms, developing her skills as a labor & employment expert by handling various types of cases and providing professional counsel to corporate clients. Since April 2016, Ms. Lee has been advising clients at Kim & Chang as a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice. 

Ms. Lee also served as a member of the Local Government Advisory Committee of Chungnam Dangjin City Council.
