Jae Jin Lee is a Certified Public Accountant at Kim & Chang. He practices in a wide range of general tax consulting, tax audit, and tax dispute resolution areas, with a focus on real estate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity deal, outbound investment, and overseas companies.
Throughout his career, Mr. Lee has been actively involved in many high-profile transactions in Korea as well as transactions relating to Korean businesses including real estate, investment management, life sciences and healthcare, IT, auto parts, retail, and other sectors. Mr. Lee represents private equity funds, corporate clients as well as both foreign and domestic financial institutions on various mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets, and other projects.
Mr. Lee received a B.A. in Business Administration from Yonsei University in 2012.
