In Hwan Jun is an attorney at Kim & Chang who serves as a member of the firm’s Environment Practice. Throughout his career, Mr. Jun has given counsel to multiple companies in a wide variety of industries, including environmental, manufacturing, chemical and automobile industries. 

Mr. Jun is an executive member of the Korean Environmental Law Association, a leading academic society on environmental matters. He is also an instructor at Korea Chemicals Management Association, providing education regarding chemical regulations to corporations.

Mr. Jun attended Lewis & Clark Law School’s environmental law program in 2018 as a visiting scholar. In 2017, he finished his doctoral coursework in administrative law from Seoul National University Graduate School of Law. He received his LL.M. from Seoul National University Graduate School of Law in 2011 and his LL.B. from Korea University College of Law in 2008. He attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea from 2006 to 2008. He is admitted to the Korean bar.
