Bio

Jeong-Suh Park is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice with extensive and specialized experience advising the firm’s clients in antitrust law. 

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Park has worked as a deputy director of the Korean Fair Trade Commission, the administrative organization responsible for formulating and enforcing competition policies and M&A review policies and conducting investigations on cartel and activities of market dominance abuse. 

Mr. Park advises clients on competition law issues arising from their daily operation and investigations by the Korea Fair Trade Commission into violations of competition law. He also provides counsels on competition issues of the retail business and the franchise business using his experience during the enactment of the Act of the Fair Trade in Large-Scaled Distribution Businesses and the revision of the Fair Transactions in Franchise Act. 

Mr. Park received his LL.B. from Seoul National University, College of Law in 1998. He attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. He is admitted to the Korean bar.
