Moon-Sun Kyoung is an attorney at Kim & Chang. She primarily practices finance, real estate and corporate law for Korean and foreign companies, including securities, lease, hotel, asset management and trading companies, as well as banks and trust banks.

Her practice covers loans, ARPs, AMLs, cross-border regulation, foreign exchange issues and general corporate issues for banks. She advises on regulatory matters for financial institutions, including banks and securities companies.
