Bio

Janghoon Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang. His practices primarily focus on insolvency and restructuring matters, including mergers and acquisitions in the real estate and construction fields. He is also a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group assisting in corporate investigations and white collar defense cases.

Mr. Kim advises both Korean and international clients relating to real estate and construction projects as well as represents these clients regularly in court.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Kim was a judge in various district courts for nearly a decade and this experience brings with him a wealth of both civil and criminal litigation experience.

Mr. Kim graduated from Seoul National University in 1998 and attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. He is admitted to the Korean bar.
