- Advised on the establishment of financial or non-financial companies through spin-off, split-off of a company, comprehensive stock swap, in-kind contribution, and listing of newly established companies.
- Advised domestic and foreign creditor companies when Korean debtor companies were entering into rehabilitation or bankruptcy proceedings.
- Advised debtor companies facing financial or business distress and represented them on rehabilitation or work-out proceedings.
- Advised private equity funds or strategic investors in terms of merger or acquisition of target companies.
