Suh-Kyoung Cho is an attorney in Kim & Chang’s Health, Intellectual Property and Antitrust & Competition Practices. His practice focuses primarily on the health industry which encompasses pharmaceutical, medical device, food, cosmetics and public health care sectors. He also advises on matters involving corporate governance, intellectual property and product liability/consumer claims. 

Before joining the firm, Mr. Cho worked for a multinational pharmaceutical company as a pharmacist, and then went onto work for patent law firms as a patent attorney focusing on prosecution of patent applications as well as patent infringement disputes in the field of pharmaceuticals. He earned a J.D. at Yonsei Law School in 2013 and was awarded summa cum laude. He also earned an LL.M. at New York University School of Law in 2020 and passed the New York bar exam in 2020.
