Jisoo Jang is an attorney in the firm, and is chair of the firm’s Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice Group. Mr. Jang advises clients on matters relating to regulation of medical devices, pharmaceuticals and biological products. Mr. Jang also has experience in product liability law, health data privacy, and anti-kickback laws. 

Mr. Jang's experience includes: helping clients develop strategic plans with respect to the appropriate pre-market pathway and development plan for obtaining KFDA marketing clearance or approval; advising on dispute resolution with KFDA; advising companies undertaking product recalls or responding to KFDA quality system inspections; advising on advertising and promotional issues; and conducting regulatory due diligence.

For a year and a half, Mr. Jang has served as a member of the Central Pharmaceutical Affairs Review Committee, Food Hygiene Review Committee, and Health and Functional Food Review Committee.
