Yoon Kyung Chang is a foreign attorney in the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Corporate Governance Practice.

Ms. Chang provides clients with expert assistance on domestic and foreign clients in public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities, and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience in a wide range of cross-border transactions, including share and asset purchases and joint ventures, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.

Ms. Chang was admitted to the New York Bar in 2007. She graduated summa cum laude from Seoul National University with a B.A. in Psychology in 1997, and received her M.A. from Graduate School of Arts and Science, New York University, in 1998, and her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chang worked as a corporate associate in the New York office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP.
