Dong-Gu Im is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Kim & Chang’s Finance Tax Practice.
Mr. Im has over 16 years of experience in providing various types of tax compliance and consulting services to multinational and domestic companies, taking an active role in assignments requiring liaison with clients and other professional advisors. Mr. Im has extensive experience as well as expert knowledge in a variety of tax issues and practices, including M&A and other transactional tax issues, tax treaty issues, tax audit assistance, tax appeal, tax due diligence, FIN 48 analysis, tax rulings, tax incentives, indirect taxes and tax advices on restructuring of Korean operations of multinational companies.
Mr. Im works with a wide range of companies in the financial industry, such as securities companies, insurance companies, banks, SPC, investment advisory and management companies and other participants in the financial industry.
Mr. Im completed a one year assignment at the San Jose office of Deloitte in the US.
