Yun Sik Lee is an attorney in Kim & Chang's Litigation, Corporate Governance, and Corporate Investigations & White Collar Defense Practices. 

Before joining the firm, Mr. Lee served in the judiciary for 15 years, first as a district court judge, and later as an appellate court judge and as a presiding judge in the district court. During his tenure as a judge, Mr. Lee gained extensive experience in a wide range of civil, criminal and administrative cases. 

Based on his experience as a judge, Mr. Lee's broad practice at the firm includes representing clients in civil, administrative and criminal cases. In particular, Mr. Lee specializes in securities-related cases, real estate-related disputes and corporate disputes. Mr. Lee is also an expert on criminal procedure, white collar crime defense, the Election Law and the Political Fund Law.

Not only does he act as an arbitrator in numerous KCAB arbitration cases, Mr. Lee also acts as a counsel for clients in many large scale cases and achieves successful results with a significant winning rate. He also has experience successfully representing clients in many financial and insurance dispute cases.
