• Represented a Korean display manufacturing company in its civil and criminal lawsuits relating to trade secret issues.
• Represented an international semiconductor company in trade secret infringement civil/criminal litigations against a Korean semiconductor company and former employees.
• Represented a secondary battery manufacturer in lawsuits relating to trade secret infringement and the transfer/non-compete obligation of employees.
• Successfully defended an international semiconductor/display equipment company in the patent infringement/invalidation litigation against a Korean semiconductor/display equipment company in connection with LCD manufacturing equipment related patents.
• Advised an international Internet consumer-to-consumer company in its acquisition of a Korean company with regard to various IP issues including due diligence.
• Represented various Korean manufacturing companies in trade dress infringement and unfair competition lawsuits.
• Represented a Korean credit card company in its civil lawsuits relating to a personal information leakage issue.
• Represented an international entertainment company in a dispute relating to a management agreement against a singer.
