Bio

Sang Jin Lee is a senior attorney and key member of Kim & Chang’s Aerospace & Defense Practice.

Mr. Lee retired from the Korean Army with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He served as a judge advocate for 14 years in various government organizations and agencies, including the Korea Defense Acquisition Program Administration (“DAPA”), Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Korean Embassy in Washington DC, and the Ministry of National Defense.

Based on these public sector experiences, Mr. Lee has developed in-depth knowledge and expertise regarding a wide variety of defense procurement, international contracts, and regulatory matters. In particular, he specializes in giving legal advice on the KHP Project, E-X Project, and Next Generation MLRS Project, among others.

Sang Jin Lee is a senior attorney and key member of Kim & Chang’s Aerospace & Defense Practice.
