Myohyang Lee is a Certified Labor Consultant at Kim & Chang’s Japan Practice.

Ms. Lee has extensive experience handling labor and human resource-related matters, including employment agreements, wages and working hour rules, rules of employment, employment termination, labor-management council, collective bargaining agreements and labor disputes.

Before joining the firm in 2008, Ms. Lee worked for Road Consulting Labor Corporation for one year as a senior CPLA. Also, Ms. Lee was in charge of accounting services and HR for Japanese companies at Samjong KPMG for seven years from 2000, and was responsible for general business service related to Japanese companies at Dainippon Screen Korea Co., Ltd. for two years from 1999.
