Chi Sam Yoon is an attorney at Kim & Chang’s Litigation Practice. 

Before joining the firm, Mr. Yoon served in the judiciary for three years as a judge in district courts. During his tenure as a judge, he gained extensive experience in a wide range of matters in civil and criminal litigation as well as in appeals before the Appellate Court. 

Reflecting his varied experience as a judge, Mr. Yoon has a broad practice in civil and criminal litigation at the firm. In his civil litigation practice, Mr. Yoon specializes in general civil and commercial disputes, professional liability (including accountant’s liability) and construction-related disputes. He regularly represents companies before the Korean courts and Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. 

As a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Yoon is an expert on corporate criminal defense and white collar crime defense.
