Bio

Yu-Seog Won is an attorney at Kim & Chang’s Litigation and Intellectual Property Practices. Mr. Won worked at the Patent Court for multiple years and is experienced in advising clients on a variety of patent cases.

Before joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Won served in the judiciary for almost two decades, first as a judge in district courts, and later as a presiding judge in the Patent Court and the Seoul High Court. During his tenure as a judge, he accumulated extensive experience in a wide range of civil, patent, trademark and design litigation.

Reflecting his varied experience as a judge, Mr. Won practices in a broad range of patent litigation at the firm. In his civil litigation practice, he specializes in intellectual property. He also has considerable experience in giving legal advice to junior attorneys when he served as a professor at the Judicial Research and Training Institute.

Yu-Seog Won is an attorney at Kim & Chang’s Litigation and Intellectual Property Practices. Mr. Won worked at the Patent Court for multiple years and is experienced in advising clients on a variety of patent cases.

Before joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Won served in the judiciary for almost two decades, first as a judge in district courts, and later as a presiding judge in the Patent Court and the Seoul High Court.
