Bo Yong Ahn is an attorney in Kim & Chang’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and is also a member of the Corporate Governance, Private Equity, Capital Markets, Acquisition Finance, Banking and Insolvency & Restructuring Practices. 

Mr. Ahn has practiced in a wide range of areas in corporate and finance law. He has extensive experience in various corporate and finance transactions such as M&A, acquisition financing, corporate finance and derivatives transactions. He advises on various issues in securities laws and insolvency laws. 

He advises foreign and domestic corporations in various industries in connection with their inbound and outbound M&A and financing needs. He also works closely with investment banks, private equity funds, and many other international and domestic clients in the financial industry.
