Chang Hwan Shin is a foreign attorney in Kim & Chang's Intellectual Property Practice and Game, Resort & Entertainment Practice.

Mr. Shin joined the firm in 2004 after a distinguished career of nine years at the Korean government. He served as the Deputy Director of Copyright Division and Publication & Newspaper Division at the Ministry of Culture & Tourism. During his career with the government, he participated in numerous policy-making processes in the copyright and entertainment industry, as well as multilateral negotiations led by, among others, the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). 

Mr. Shin's representative work in recent years includes advising clients on various aspects of intellectual property law and entertainment law.
