Jae-Suk (JS) Park is a tax attorney and CPA at Kim & Chang. Mr. Park practices primarily in the areas of general tax consulting, transfer pricing, tax audit & dispute resolution, and international trade & customs.

Mr. Park has advised domestic and multinational companies in connection with a wide range of corporate/business tax and customs valuation issues, including compliance, field audit defense, and resolution of tax/customs controversies in appeals. He has expertise in various international tax matters, particularly in the area of transfer pricing, such as documentation, risk assessment, planning, audits, unilateral/bilateral APAs, and competent authority procedures.

Mr. Park’s clients includes major multinational companies in various industries, including ICT (Information & Communication Technology), pharmaceuticals, healthcare, fashion and boutiques, chemicals, and consumer goods. 

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Park worked at Samil PwC as an international tax specialist from 2001 to 2004. In 2010, Mr. Park also worked as an intern associate at Ceteris LLC, a transfer pricing and business valuation firm, headquartered in Chicago (currently Transfer Pricing Services of Duff & Phelps).

Mr. Park received his B.B.A. from Seoul National University College of Business Administration and received his LL.M. in taxation from Northwestern University School of Law. He is admitted to the bar in Virginia, and is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Korea and in Hawaii, USA.
