Seong-Soo Park is an attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice, IT & Entertainment Practice and Litigation Practice.

Before joining Kim & Chang, Dr. Park served in the judiciary for 16 years, first as an associate district court judge, and later as a presiding judge. During his tenure as a judge, Dr. Park gained extensive experiences in a variety of litigations. While serving the Patent Court as a judge, and the Supreme Court as a research judge specializing in intellectual property matters, Dr. Park contributed to making numerous leading cases in the area of Intellectual Property. Dr. Park also served the Supreme Court as the directors’ general for international affairs.

Dr. Park specializes in cases relating to Intellectual Property, IT, Entertainment and Product Liability.
