Since joining Kim & Chang in 2012, Mr. Mok has been providing legal counsel primarily related to human resources and labor law. He has represented domestic companies and multinational corporations, and has also provided advice on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, privacy, tax, and employee invention that are connected to employment and labor. In particular, he has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions of domestic and global companies, post-merger integration, corporate restructuring, labor relations including collective bargaining, performance management of employees, and executive compensation systems.

Mr. Mok has successfully represented companies in various disputes, including court litigation and unfair labor practice claims before labor relations commissions.
