Hee Jeong Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang. She practices primarily in the areas of banking, project finance, finance dispute and Chinese practice. 

Ms. Kim represents foreign and domestic banks, corporate clients, and other financial institutions on various loan transactions, regulations on capital markets, disputes on financial products, rehabilitation process of borrowers, and other transactions. 

Ms. Kim also has extensive experience advising clients on investments in China and counsels Chinese financial institutions in establishing representative offices or branches in Korea. 

Ms. Kim received an LL.M. from the School of Law, University of California, Berkeley in 2013, and her LL.B. from Seoul National University College of Law in 2004. She also attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2006. She is admitted to the Korean bar and the New York bar.
