You Jin Kim is a senior attorney specializing in the Fair Trade Act and the corporation law such as M&A dispute.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang as a litigation attorney in 2007, Mr. Kim spent over a decade as a respected civil servant.

Mr. Kim was appointed to the bench in 1996 and began serving as a Judge in the Seoul District Court and the Seoul High Court. He then served as a Judge in the Seoul District Northern Branch Court and went on to serve on the Chuncheon District Court.

He was also a member of Revision Committee of Commercial Law (Corporation) at Ministry of Justice from 2011 to 2012, and has been an edition staff of Justice at Korea Legal Center since 2012.
