Gi-Hoon Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang whose primary practice areas include internal audit, compliance, recall, and antitrust & competition. Mr. Kim also has extensive experience advising the firm’s clients in the automotive, aviation, health and environment industries.
Mr. Kim advises clients on competition law and compliance issues arising from their daily operation and from investigations by related governmental agencies such as the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC), the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) and the Ministry of Environment (MOE). He also specializes in counseling overseas automotive, aviation and healthcare companies.
Mr. Kim received an LL.B. from the College of Law, Seoul National University in 2005. He also attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea from 2006 to 2007. He is admitted to the Korea bar.’
