Ki-Tae Kim is an attorney in the firm’s Japan Practice Group, serving Japanese clients in Japanese language.
Mr. Kim has extensive experience advising publicly and privately held multi-national and Korean companies in a wide range of cross-border transactions, including share and asset purchases and joint ventures, corporate governance, competition law, and general corporate and commercial law matters. He has advised many companies in setting up their Korean operations.
