The spread of COVID-19 is adversely affecting most, if not all, industries all over the world and the construction industry is no exception.  In this newsletter, we discuss the major contractual and legal issues arising out of COVID-19 in international construction projects and provide practical recommendations so that EPC contractors can properly address the issues.  A summary of our recommendations is attached below.
