Hyungkeun Lee, a senior member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as a moderator and speaker in the public hearing regarding the draft international arbitration rules recently released for consultation, hosted by KCAB International on November 21, 2023.

Sponsored by the Korean Council for International Arbitration (“KOCIA”), the In-House Counsel Forum (“IHCF”) and the Korea In-house Counsel Association (“KICA”), the event involved presentations and discussions on major rule revisions reflecting current arbitration trends and developments.

Mr. Lee has led the efforts in revising the rules as the vice chair of KCAB International Arbitration Rules Revision Committee since 2022.
