Sue Hyun Lim, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as a speaker in a seminar titled “Standard Form of Contract,” which was jointly organized by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (the “KCAB”) and the Korea In-house Counsel Association (the “KICA”). The seminar was held on July 13, 2023.

In this seminar, Ms. Lim discussed the contentious issues related to optional arbitration clauses frequently encountered in national contracts. Particularly, she shared strategies to address issues commonly arising in various industries, such as standard arbitration agreements.
