On March 31, 2023, Hyungkeun Lee, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated in a webinar hosted by the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (the “VIAC”) and Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, titled “Evidence in Arbitration Proceedings: International Practice and Experience.”

In this webinar, Mr. Lee discussed various issues relating to the types of evidence and its collection, submission, and assessment under the Korean Arbitration Act, the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board’s Arbitration Rules and Korean practices.
