On November 9, 2022, Kim & Chang, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (“BCLP”) and FTI Consulting co-hosted a webinar as part of the Seoul ADR Festival 2022.

Titled “Mediating to Win: How to Get the Most out of Mediation of Disputes on International Construction Projects,” the webinar invited construction dispute experts and mediation experts to discuss legal issues in resolving construction disputes through mediation.

In the context of this discussion, Mr. Matthew Christensen, who currently serves as the Co-Chair of the International Construction Projects Committee of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (the “IPBA”), introduced the characteristics of disputes that can be resolved by mediation.  Also, Mr. Daewoong Lee shared practical tips for conducting successful mediation.
