Una Cho, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as a mentor in the “CIArb YMG Korea Chapter – Meet Your Mentor” seminar organized by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (the “CIArb”).  The seminar was held on November 8, 2022 at Seoul IDRC, Seoul as part of the Seoul ADR Festival 2022.

The seminar consisted of a group discussion sessions among renowned dispute resolution practitioners and next-generation practitioners.  Mentors, including Ms. Cho, discussed the challenges in developing a career in international arbitration.

In the context of this discussion, Ms. Cho discussed how to obtain global competitiveness as a dispute resolution practitioner based on her personal experience.
