Sae Youn Kim, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as a speaker in a webinar titled “Cross-Examination in International Arbitration for Korean Practitioners,” which was jointly organized by KCAB INTERNATIONAL and Dechert LLP.  The webinar was held on November 29, 2022 via zoom.

The webinar consisted of a series of lectures delivered by notable international arbitration practitioners, focusing on the Theory of Cross-Examination, which is an essential element in international arbitration.  Ms. Kim provided tips for how to conduct effective cross-examination as an arbitration counsel from a Korean practitioner’s perspective.
