On June 17, 2022, Dami Park of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice spoke at a webinar hosted by the Society of Construction Law, Korea (“SCL Korea”).

In this webinar titled “Recent Key Precedents and Legal Issues in the Construction Industry,” the speakers including Ms. Park discussed topics such as recent court decisions on overseas construction and notification procedures under FIDIC 2017 contract.  Ms. Park, in particular, presented her analysis of a recent Singapore court judgement regarding the applicability of the “Pay when Paid” clause after a contract termination.
