On May 10, 2022, Sae Youn Kim, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as a speaker at a webinar hosted by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Korea Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI).

Titled “Navigating Dispute Resolution Services Toward Another Centenary,” the webinar began with a keynote speech from Claudia Salomon, the first female Chair of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.  In this webinar, speakers discussed the efficiency of international arbitration and the role of arbitral institutions, and introduced changes in arbitration processes, such as digital and virtual arbitration proceedings.  Ms. Kim, as the court member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the Vice-chair of IBA Arbitration Committee, delivered the closing remarks and organized the event, including coordinating with speakers and arranging topics.
