On December 1, 2021, Don Jeon, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, spoke at a webinar hosted by CIArb (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators).  Titled, “Is International Arbitration Tilted Towards the Common Law System?,” the webinar was the third session of the webinar series “Young, Modern Game-Changers: Practical Challenges and Modern Approaches in International Dispute Resolution.” Specifically, Mr. Jeon addressed issues arising from the prevalence of Common Law practices in International Arbitration and practical approaches to improving fairness.
