On December 7, 2021, Chul-Won Lee, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, spoke at a webinar hosted by Thomson Reuters.  As many companies operating in China choose international arbitration as a method of resolving disputes, the webinar was held under the theme “International Arbitration in China-related Disputes: Guideline for Korean In-house Counsels.”  Mr. Lee discussed procedural issues of international arbitration in China-related disputes.  In particular, he shared practical information with the Korean parties, including the enforcement of arbitral awards and key stages of international arbitration proceedings.
