On October 8, 2021, Duck Soon Chang, a member of Kim & Chang’s Intellectual Property Practice, participated as a panelist at the webinar on “International IP Practice.”

During the panel discussion session titled “Intersections in International IP Law, Policy, and Practice,” Mr. Chang shared his insights and experience on factors to consider when proceeding with IP enforcement actions relating to infringement matters taking place in multiple jurisdictions. 

This webinar was hosted by the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law Center for Intellectual Property, Information & Privacy Law to bring together seasoned experts to provide guidance on key issues covering patents, trademarks and design rights.  With renowned speakers including senior representatives from World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), regional and national IP offices, multinational corporations, and major law firms from various jurisdictions worldwide, the webinar served as a premier platform for dialogue, cooperation and networking.
