On August 4, 2021, Matthew Christensen, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, spoke at a webinar hosted by Thailand Arbitration Center (“THAC”).

Titled “ADR Goes Online! Changes and Innovations Demanded by the New Global Situation,” the webinar was held as part of the THAC International ADR Webinar 2021. 

In this webinar, Mr. Christensen discussed innovations for effective ADR proceedings along with his rich experience in international arbitration.  He also introduced new challenges that arose consequently to these changes and future developments.
