On August 20, 2021, Una Cho, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as a speaker at a webinar hosted by Asian International Arbitration Centre (“AIAC”).

Titled “Rapid Fire Debate,” the webinar was held as part of the Asia ADR Week 2021 organized by AIAC.

In this webinar, Ms. Cho, as a panel of House A, emphasized that arbitration is the most relevant pathfinder for entertainment disputes and the incorporation of the entertainment sector into the Arbitration Act is necessary.
