On July 23, 2021, Chul-Won Lee, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, spoke at a webinar co-hosted by Korea International Trade Association (“KITA”) and Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (“KCAB”). 

At this webinar titled “Useful Tips on Legal Disputes over Shipping,” Mr. Lee discussed litigation and arbitration as measures to resolve maritime and shipping disputes.  Mr. Lee also shared his experience to provide practical tips on effectively resolving international disputes.
